RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be a “Problem Solver”
  • Help with customer tickets on our CRM. (www.gorgias.com).
  • Help customers via Shopify POS in-store.
  • Follow up with b2b customers via CRM, email, and phone.
  • Help coordinate swatch fabric program.
  • Parcipate in retail visual merchandising.
  • Works in conjunction with purchasing and sales department to ensure required fabric inventory levels.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bi-Lingual (English :: Spanish)
  • Excellent Computer and IT Skills.
  • Willingness to work hands-on with a tight-knit sales and production team.
  • Strong organization and attention to details.
  • No specific required experience.
  • Prior related-Industry experience welcomed.
COMPENSATION
  • $20 to $25 per hour (non-exempt), depending on experience.
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus.
  • Paid Vacation.
  • Annual Performance Review.
